As part of a comprehensive optimization project at one of the large die casting manufacturers in the automotive industry in Austria, both the Head of Operations Engineering and the Head of maintenance had to be replaced at short notice.
International training series Maintenance
For an international group, a training series on effective maintenance procedures was conducted in a training series in 4 countries for and with the persons responsible for maintenance and plant managers as well as availability managers.
