Peter is a very experienced consultant in production and maintenance. Over 2,700 consulting days in more than 50 projects are the basis of his successes.
Through his training as an industrial mechanic and his mechanical engineering studies, he can put practice-proven Lean solutions with hands-on mentality into practice.
In a consulting firm, he successfully spent over 7 years successfully applying all the tools of the Lean and methods of the Toyota production system.
He then went through several mid-level management positions at automotive companies before switching back to business consulting for two years.
From 2017 on, he has been working as an independent management consultant for various projects in different companies and then became a partner in Solid Change.
