Harald C. Ullrich

Harald has the ability to motivate people for change.
More than 3,000 consulting days, more than 100 projects in 13 countries in Europe and North America are the key figures of his profile.
After working as an army officer, as a profit center director and managing director of business associations and consultant in a high-performance management consultancy, he set up his own international business almost 20 years ago as an interim manager, consultant and trainer.
Based on two courses of study as Diplom-Berufspädagoge and Diplom-Betriebswirt he has developed a strong ability to change processes, organizations and leadership behavior on the shop floor and at the interfaces to management and support processes in companies.

He is a founding member of Solid Change and as Managing Partner he organizes the partnership.

Giuseppe Canobbio

Giuseppe is a hands-on consultant who has learned industrial processes from the ground up in various companies in the automotive industry. His stations were each several years as a service technician, as a technical project manager and as head of die casting and mechanical manufacturing.
As a consultant, he has long-running projects as a Key Account Manager in special machine construction, as a Shop Floor Manager Mechanical Production and as a CIP expert in the automotive industry.

Peter Breiter

Peter is a very experienced consultant in production and maintenance. Over 2,700 consulting days in more than 50 projects are the basis of his successes.
Through his training as an industrial mechanic and his mechanical engineering studies, he can put practice-proven Lean solutions with hands-on mentality into practice.
In a consulting firm, he successfully spent over 7 years successfully applying all the tools of the Lean and methods of the Toyota production system.
He then went through several mid-level management positions at automotive companies before switching back to business consulting for two years.
From 2017 on, he has been working as an independent management consultant for various projects in different companies and then became a partner in Solid Change.
Key sectors include automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturers, automotive suppliers, semiconductor industry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and medical technology.
